Does anybody know if the frequency selection on the LS-SR71 actually works?
I have an AP that's set to 11Na-40MHz as the mode, the frequency is set to 5620, and the extension channel is set to Hi Channel... but, when I check the 'Main' page it says the AP's frequency is set to 5220.
What's even more confusing is that the client station's main page says it's frequency is 5200.
The link is working, but I need to change the AP's frequency because it might be interfering with another nearby link. I just don't know what to make of the information showing up in the LS-SR71.
I contacted Mike Ford, but he said I needed a spectrum analyzer to run an analysis of the environment, but I don't see how that would help me figure this out. I just need a manual.
If I have to go out and buy a SA, I might as well just go get an unlicensed 60GHz link.
The documentation is still not out, so any help from someone who's encountered this would be appreciated.
