How would we go about returning our ubiquiti equipment? We purchased 20 nano stations 1 power station and a comet antennea. The powerstation dies and is no longer sending or receiving a signal. I have no received any answers from ubiquiti tech support in the past 36 hours.
What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far?
Have you tried defaulting the PS and one NS and see if the two connect?
Is it an antenna problem? A radio ten feet away will still connect for testing.
Are you using encryption? Have you tried it without it?
Have you tried using one NS as the AP in place of the PS and see if a few NS can connect?
If you can't take those test steps to determine if its a configuration problem you created, its very likely any other manufactures' radio will have the same problems.
Please post some configuration files.

I have tried every trouble shooting step that the WIKI tells me as well as working with Mike and Robert at Ubiquiti. To no avail our power station no longer works, after 2 weeks. Not sending or receiving anything. Even standing right next to it. About 5 days ago we were receiving signals from 100's of local wireless networks. Now nothing! We are ready to send it all back, 20 nano's and 1 power station. Nobody seems to call back. It would help to talk to a person
Sound like a dead PS then, email Mike again. I'm gonna PM ya.
