Sourcing 48v - 3- 16V Stepdown Circuit

Hello guys wondering if anyone knows how
I could go about locating a circuit board device of some type that could take 48v POE and split that off into
3-16v POEs

{----16v
48v----{----16v
{____16v

just a bare bones circuit board with female cat5 on one end outputting to three cat 5 females on the other end somewhat regulated to make sure one doesnt starve out the others
would do the job just fine I would think

Im no electronics engeneer either but I can imagine it would be that difficult with the technology available today

I cant believe there is nothing existing out there

Any ideas would be appreciated

And here are some neat things...

Hi WHT

Yes I spoke with the PS guy today before I posted they have nothing to do the job
I sent him some basic schematics and hes gonna have the engineer take a look so well see what they say

basically Id like something similar to this
http://www.highgainantennas.com/v/vspfiles/photos/HGA-POESPPCBA-2T.jpg

just a simple circuit board that can split 1 48v input to 3 outputs
ideally somewahat regulated so that one port doesnt starve out the other two

Currently on the market 48v down to 12,16,18,24 ect is no problem
on one port but there seems to be nothing that can do multiple ports
in a split situation :(

I've built a load of 48 volt DC to 5, 12, 18, and 24 volt DC converters back in the late '80s (that was my post-Marconi apprenticeship era) to power fiber optic modems off the 48 volt DC telco line.

Back in the days when the industry was lamenting there were so few analog design engineers anymore.

Basically Im looking for a 48v poe powered switch
with minimum 3 output ports but outputting only 12-18v

even a mod to an existing 5 port switch would be fine as long as it can
take 48v in

The altenergy store link is a good one. I've bought stuff from there before.

You can also get dc-dc voltage converters on ebay if you supply the enclosure.
