sr2 problem

its my first time here, i'm using router board RB532/A 500 Series with sr2 card. i'm facing a problem with card its wireless is not working, but in router board its shows that card is working and show all setting. can u help me to solve this prob.

Is there any type warrenty on cards. Some numbers are written on my card and its like this :- 0726 00156d5417a3 .
