Hmm. Tricky one.
You have a Router, a Modem and some kind of Cable, provided by a Company, and they just can't get along.
Maybe the Cable and Router are having an affair, and the Modem doesn't know, but, of course, the Company does know.
Maybe the Router is under surveillance by the Company, using their Modem agent, who doesn't know that the Cable is a double-agent working for the Modem.
Maybe it's a love triangle, and the Cable has been left out due to chronic halitosis.
Maybe a bit more detail would be helpful, although i*always* suspect that the Cable did it in the Drawing Room.
