Router Station w/ no connectivity [Archive]

I have a router station that for the life of me I cannot get access to. It will show up on my routers attached devices for a few moments only to not aquire an ip and disappear. Is there a way to factory default it without having access to it? Any ideas and suggestions are welcome, working on limited time to get this up and running.

I suspect a defected device.
Contact UBNT support for check it and RMA.

Hello Matt,

Have you configured the unit or is this as is from the package? If so you need to SSH into 192.168.1.20
