xr9 tx power

What is the lowest power setting xr9 can operate on? Can it go to all the way to 13db?

I have several running at a setting of 0, which would be 10 db. I've thought about trying -4 for 6 db too, but haven't yet. I'm not sure my software would handle that correctly.
