I need help

I bought the 16 December 2008 a home, Smart iAntenna 300 upgrade.

Today I have a problem, I just do not enter the page to set up my antenna http://192.100.1.20.

After configuring the system I closed without saving, then impossible to open the configuration page now.

I did with the browser Internet Explorer as before, but the page does not open.
So I can not looking antennas
to configure around the antenna

Currently it works well, but I would be on the road in other camping I can no longer serve me, I can not open the page of the system to configure my connection

I would appreciate if possible to get help to correct this situation.

Because if I can not fix this, my antenna is no longer anything

Most likely you computer is not in the same IP range.

Use the Discovery Tool to find your radio's IP address, then change your computer's IP address to the same range.
