How to assign bandwidth to the Internet for NaNO2

Hello, I need to know how to assign bandwidth to my clients are not fighting speed internet and so work my isp.

Go into the web interface (GUI) then click on “Advanced Menu Tab “and then page down to “ Wireless Traffic Shaping” and then Enable. Incoming = download speed and outgoing = upload speed.
