Do i have to "Login" twice before i can post
Same process but twice... same in IE and FF

I also have to login twice before I can post. And, I have to logoff twice before the page shows that I'm logged off.

If after log in that seems to fail to log in, if I open another tab and go to ubnt.com and Forum, it shows I'm logged in. But original tab is still logged off, even if refresh and if go to ubnt.com forum. The logoff twice only happened once, haven't yet put my finger on that.
you might have proxy enabled...all the forums have a "default on" option for proxy. I resolved by exclude some of them from passing through proxy from firewall. All admins are incapable to see that option. These applies to about 90% of the forums.
The option is:
Session IP validation:
Determines how much of the users IP is used to validate a session; All compares the complete address, A.B.C the first x.x.x, A.B the first x.x, None disables checking. On IPv6 addresses A.B.C compares the first 4 blocks and A.B the first 3 blocks.
It must be None.
I couldn't post or register until I bypassed the forum adress in firewall.

I have no proxy and I must log in twice 90% of the time.

Posting isn't a problem, obviously. The bahavior described in my previous post also happens on both my office and home computers.
