My New NS2 is working as repeater AP+WDS and it is re-starting by itself.

Have somebody any ide about what is happening with this equipment? I had change the UTP cable twice.

Thanks in advance.

ok, I was wondering if it was over 150 ft. you may have other issues.

Yes. Could be another issue. I tested the UTP Cable with a UTP tester. I'll try changing the channel. I'm using channel 6 at the moment.

Does your tester do NEXT or just Wire Mapping?

It's just tell me if there is any open wire. Basically wiring continuity.

Since you already replaced the cable twice and it didn't help, you have other issues. Just for fun, use one of those cable you used and connect it to something on your network - member you have a bad connector crimp tool.

I think the issue could be on the POE or the NS2 due I was testing was 2 different UTP cables made with different crimp tools. And both cables were tested as good with the cable taester.

What other think you think I could test?

Thanks

Try your basic swap and test troubleshooting.

To connect the clients ... may I put the MAC into the AP1+WDS or the AP2+WDS or both AP+WDS at the same times?
