yet one more Backhaul help

Hi all,

I need to build Backhaul between 2 buildings they are only 200-250 meters ( clear view) I need to get the max. speed for download/gamming/voip that I can get with afforable cost.

should I go to the SR71 with 11n !? and if yes what setup should I use , I am connected to LANs one on each building
