ubiquity and Tropos

Has anyone here dealt with this combo in a city wide application? I am having issues with the card dropping out every few days and it doesn't pop back in. When I visit the site and scan for networks, I see the Tropos it was associated with and hit it again with no problem. A few days later and I am at it again.

i believe that Tropos recommends a competitor, but they use the same radio, so I don't see the point.

Any help is appreciated.
