Hi,
I search a Wifi card in the 5GHz frequency band for an outdoor use. I've found the SuperRange. But it's written that it work in 5.8GHz but in France it's not autorized. Does this card only work in 5.8GHz ? not in all 5GHz ?
I've seen in the SR71 Cardbus webpage : "2412-2462MHz(FCC) , 5475-5725MHz (CE), 5745-5825MHz (FCC)". But in the datasheet there is only the 5.8GHz mentionned. Does it work in 5475-5725MHz in a European version or not ?
Thanks !

Hello,
Yes SRC will work in these frequencies.
Thanks,
Mike

So if I buy SRC (SuperRangerCardbus) or SR71 I will work in 5475-5725MHz ?
If yes whyè it's not written in the datasheet ?

Is it possible to manage the transmit power of the SRC and SR71C by a command line under Windows and/or Linux ?

Hi!
Yes you can! First change regulatory domains... here under kubuntu 9.0.4 with ath5k driver (madwifi driver)
Change regulatory domains (default 00) :
