What is the IP?
If not, can I use some of those methods to rewrite the Redboot Config by the linux console?
I need to update openwrt in order to get some support in some packets its only available in the last version....

the router defaults to 192.168.1.20
the default tftp it is looking for is 192.168.1.42 IIRC correectly

And it is 192.168.1.42 as afterburn said, the default server ip.

RedBoot can be accessed via the WAN port at boot at the IP listed above.

You can use fconfig to set the default tftp server IP address. This is only used when you are downloading individual partitions from the TFTP server to copy into flash. If you are using the recovery mode (switch held down during boot), then you are doing TFTP put and 192.168.1.20 works.
