Linking two homes at 270 feet with obstructed LOS.

I'm looking to link my apartment with another apartment across the street. I've measured the distance to be approximately 270 feet on Google Earth.

Apartment #1 is my unit, 2nd floor. I have a window that would have LOS with the other unit if not for the corner of the other building. Figure 20+ feet from the ground where any antenna would be mounted.

Aparment #2 is on the ground floor with a window facing my unit at a height of around maybe 10 feet.

Line of sight is obviously obstructed by the corner of the other building that the line intersects between our two points. Would this be remotely doable with two LOCO2 units?

Yes this link would work well with 2 Loco 2's. I would however suggest using Loco 5's as to avoid possible interfernece from other 2.4Ghz Ap's.

Just set them up in AP/STA mode with security, match your network settings and your good to go.
