3km bridge connection with two NS-5

I have buy two NS-5 station for building a bridge connection between two company locations. Distance is around 3 km in flat ground with some pine forests. I was plan to build connection on the level 17-18 m over the ground.
What You think NS-5 will be work well without external antennas on that distance? What You think about chosen overground level? The trees have around 12-13 m high.

You should have no problems with the trees.

Radios will be at 17 meters and Fresnel zone at midway is 6 meters. 50% of 6 meters is 3 meters. If trees are 13 meters, you just barely have a clear path..but at least its a clear path.

Fade margin will be pretty close to 20 dB, \which is plenty for a 3 KM shot.
