I have one PS5 (in AP WDS mode - -latest -rc firmware) that hangs ever few days.
It is directly connected to 4 bridges (3 NS5 and 1 PS5) all in Station WDS mode. (100% of my radios run the -rc firmware)
Each of the bridges is connected to an AP with 10 to 15 clients each.

I think the total number of clients is around 45 thru the PS5.

Do you think I have it over loaded and should go to a couple PS5s?

Gary,
I think your central side PS-5 unit is overloded, Try to use Mikrotik 411AH board with Ubiquiti XR-5 or SR-5 card at central side. and use PS-5 and NS-5 units at remote side.
Or set bandwidth limitation for each WDS station.

Have you tried a Wilegear board. I have some WDB111 in the field with the XR5 in them. Seems good.

The WDB111 has:
1. 300MHz ARM920 CPU
2. 32 Mbytes DDR RAM
3. 8 Mbytes Flash

They claim that it can pass up to 94 Mbit real TCP throughput. I think that on one post or another that UBNT Mike said that the PS5 (well really all of the UBNT radios) computer was good for about ?25 Mbit throughput. I like the fact that they include all the ESD numbers as part of the spec.
And the price is $79 (list).

These radios do not show up in the ubnt discovery tool. :(
