Using either the UCU or WZC the Ubiquiti adapter will not authenticate. The driver version is 7.7 and I am running Win XP SP2.
Further information. I added all patches from MS for WPA2 it made no difference. Finally deleted the driver and UCU then reinstalled just the driver. Used WZC to configure so that I could turn on Windows Wireless Tracing. Tracing shows an Assert error and several other driver problems in the Wzctrace.log. I have tried the same on two different laptops, a Toshiba SP 6100 and an HP 6510b.
This shouldn't be this hard to make work. Are there any other drivers that may not be in the support post for this card?
The final answer was to go to the 5.8 driver. While this works it really is unacceptable to have an old driver that works and newer ones that fail.
