I have a PowerStaion2 installed at a clients home. A few weeks ago their internet connection went down. Upon further inspection the radio was receiving a signal, and I was even able to ping out. Then I found out that email is working and I was even able to log onto World Of Warcraft. I have tried 3 different computers with all the same result.

Thank you for your help dot. I tried this and no luck, I also tried to update the firmware and also no luck. I wonder if I am going to have to replace the radio.

Hello,
If you can ping but not browse then the radio is working fine. It sounds like you have a DNS problem and I would take a look at yours or your providers internet DNS settings.
Thanks,
Mike

Also what size of packets are you pinging with? You can ping with small but not large packets then it could be interference.

Set your network connection with some, static DNS address like:
208.67.222.222
208.67.220.220

DNS is working fine. We can resolve domains and even ping google.com or yahoo.com with no problem. We can also ftp using url which verifies dns is working correct.
The packet size is an interesting option. We were just doing standard pings from CMD window or from the radio. What size packets are the standard ping size in CMD or from the radio's ping utility?

A standard Windows ping is 32bytes. try the following the DOS prompt:
ping (ip) -t -l 1500
See what that does for you. This will produce at 1500byte ping.
