DFS Supported by ubiquiti linux driver

Hi

I notice in the version history of ubiquiti's linux radio driver that it states that DFS support is not enabled (even though it is using a patched madwifi-dfs branch).
Is it possible to turn on DFS in the ubiquiti driver or is there some reason to do with ubiquiti's HAL (or some other reason) why that is not possible?
