Antenna for SRC

Hi there,
I'm using SRC card for our new product line of embedded system. Under the FCC rule, we only can install antenna that is the same type with less than or equal gain as the transmitter certified.
On the SRC specification indicated 5 dBi omni directional. Is that the maximum gain that SRC certified? We actually looking to use a 5.5 or 10dbi antenna from PCtel.
If I need to add an amplifier, is there any amplifier that you know of is certified to be used with SRC card?

If I need to add an amplifier, is there any amplifier that you know of is certified to be used with SRC card?It would have to be the other way around. You would have to have the SRC certified for an amplifier. Short of having UBNT recertify the unit, there isn't much you can do.

Regarding the antenna, am I stuck with 5dBi Omni directional?
