Will it work? ultra high speed node

I'm trying to create an ultra high speed mesh network, to offer 10Mbps to my clients. And offer VOIP.

I read that single-radio and dual-radio will not work well with VOIP is it real?

Mesh systems will work with VOIP but they have to be engineered properly.
