NANO5 - Port lan problem with

Friends, in less than 1 month I had problem with 2 NANO5 that burned the LAN port, I wonder if anyone else is having this type of problem, and why? It has to recover the equipment?

Until now the only swapped for other new equipment. What I said can be burned by lightning.
