No gots. Eveyone says the end of January. I need 2 for a spring trainging facilitly. The two we got from you are still testing in Tucson in place of a Vivato AP. However, we are going to use NS2's with external antennas. They will be fine.

Ya same here. We ordered 2 on Dec. 12th. After several emails they replied back once saying "re-stock on the 17th" Finally just received them just a few days ago ALMOST A MONTH later!

Not going that route again! I almost thought we got ripped-off.

The Bullet2 is in such high demand that it was almost sold out during pre-order, and very few were left over.

The Bullet5 has been, and always was available. They were never sold out or misrepresented in terms of stock.

Please try to understand that we can only ship what arrives from Ubiquiti. All attempts to keep stock levels accurate are taken. Sorry if you did not receive your item in a timely fashion. Feel free to call if you wish to discuss stock levels, or an order status. We will make every attempt to satisfy our customers.

We really try our hardest to respond to customer inquiries and orders as soon as possible. Not to mention, we were the only Distributor offering the Ubiquiti PoE for sale with the Bullets that were sold. We even provided the PoE for free for the first 500 units because we predicted the customer response to receiving their Bullet with no PoE would be negative.

What other Distributor, or company, would take a loss on a product to satisfy 500 customers? One with pride in customer satisfaction.
