What does it mean but the channel scan list, shall I select it or not? and why?

What part of the online AirOS manual that explains the Channel Scan List do you not understand? I'll be glad to clarify any not understood information.

I re-read the manual's description of Channel Scan list and I don't see anything saying it will improve link stability or get a better signal.
Channel Scan List: This will _____ scanning only to frequencies _____ (applicable for _____ modes only). The benefits of this are _______ as well as ________ unwanted AP's in the results. Site Survey tool will look for the Access Points in ______ only.

In lamens terms...
enabling Channel Scan List will allow you to restrict the Station to scan/connect only on the selected channels...
