(CNET) -- Yahoo and Intel built their success upon widespread use of personal computers, but the two companies hope products to be shown at the Consumer Electronics Show in January will mark the beginning of their Internet-fueled expansion to the world of TV as well.
Hrmmmm.....Sounds like a stiff TOS and clearly advertised usage limits would be in order.
As I understand it (I could be wrong), if you are a AT&T Uverse or Verizon FIOS user, *THEIR* content would be exempt from their own caps. No logic to advertising and providing their own high bandwidth content, then sticking you with a bandwidth cap.
