who could teach me how to run a small WISP?

Hi all

If I have a NS2, a PC as PPPoE server, a 4-LAN-ports router to Internet. Can I configure a small WISP to provide internet access by PPPoE over air?

The best you could do is to find a mentor WISP owner or senior engineer for a WISP and spend some quality time with them!
I did it all on my own and either way it is expensive in time and money.
Shorten the time and probably spend less money and find someone close to you that will let you tag along.
