Hi there are a few customers using my services, but they cannot send mails using the email id given by their previous ISP, surely they can send email when they are connected to their previous ISP network.
Basically my network does not have authorisation to login and send mail through their SMTP servers.
PLEASE TELL ME A WORKAROUND FOR THIS ?
I am using mikrotik as a router and given authentication through pppoe.
Thanks

I don't think their is.
I have had that problem here. Most ISP's block each others ISP's servers / ports.
If the IP / Modem etc is not on their network it wont work.
Maybe you should ask the isp to get a rule added, vicsa versa.
1. their still using their old isps' services (by sounds)
2. its win win for both of you. if you allow the same
best of luck
To add to what Sam said about checking your email only when you are connected to them with one of their IP addresses to allow access to their open ports...
If they were a previous subscriber to an ISP, but no longer a subscriber, they may have lost their email. See if you can send a message to their previous ISP email addy. If it bounces, its been deleted.

The person is still a subscriber to that ISP, he is willing to keep 2 ISP's, but wants the email to work on both of it.
Is there any software or any server which I can Install on my end to solve this problem ?

Not really. With subscriber access restricted to connection behind their infrastructure, there's no way you could do it from the outside.
See if their ISP has a web based http port access to email. Like using Yahoo web GUI email that uses http ports versus Outlook email client that uses standard SMTP and POP3 ports.

Webmail is your only option.
Maybe get the client to setup a redirect. If they have a web based control panel.
Theirs nothing you can do on your end.
Webmail...
That's what I was trying to think of, but all that came to mind was web based http port access

If the client software uses some form of SMTPAUTH, encrypted (recommended) or plain, they should be able to send through any mailserver regardless of the source IP. We allow customers to send through our server even while on someone else's network using SMTPAUTH. This is *not* open relaying as only an authenticated sender is allowed this ability.
The other option is to have them set the SMTP server according to what network they operate from. We also allow all clients with one of our internal IPs to post outbound through the server w/o other authentication. (We use private IPs internally so spoofing from an outside sender would be rather difficult, not to mention unlikely.)

If they are using outlook ect in the email account properties on the servers tab
make sure that the option ( my outgoing mail server requires authentication ) is checked
and using the same user pass info
otherwise they will be able to recieve email ....but not send
email servers generally require authentication from remote connections
to send mail to prevent relaying and spamming
