Hello all!

I'm Moving to Auckland for the year!

During 2009 i will be finishing my Film and Television production study's @ South Seas in the North Shore.

I'm looking for an internet connection at my place (north shore) and would prefer to use wireless over the ****ty copper network.

I do not want to use Telecom, Vodafone, Telstra or xNet. (copper and some 3G services) Woosh is crap.

If any forum member has some network in Auckland let me know. And we could work something out.

Just anything, REPLY!

Thanks in Advance

Sam

Auckland used to have a pretty good community wifi network but i dont think they provide internet over it.

Woosh would be your best option

Umbrella organisation used to be http://nzwireless.org/
I hadnt visited the website for about a year now. They had branches in auckland, wellington, palmy, canterbury, and dunedin. Looks like the people running the branches have turned them into businesses. The umbrella website has turned into bush wireless.
