UBNT don't have UPNP (fine when use router with nat and DHCP)
UBNT don't have static DHCP Lease (need to use DMZ with internal ip and autoconfig "dhcp on client PC"

i think a good idea make an AUTO DMZ, to the last dhcp request / lease IP
