I do not obtain to connect a NS5 and AP Mikrotik RB600 with WPA2-AES, somebody has some tip?

Narrow the scope of the issue. Turn of encryption and see if you can connect - if you can't, its not an encryption issue to start with.

Using WEP the NS5 connects normal, the problem is when I try to make with WPA2-AES

There were some issues with earlier UBNT firmware connecting to Mikrotik access points using WPA. Upgrade your radio to the latest firmware.
