Hi me and my neighbor plan to use 2 powerstation 5's to span a network between our houses. My question is has anyone experienced putting a powerstation in an attic on both sides with successes? is there any thoughts of wisdom i should consider before i do such a thing? We are only going about 150 feet.. Any thoughts or help would be appreciated.

Hello Vx,
This is one of those situations you need to test to see if it works. 5Ghz is a Line of Site type frequency, and penetrating through a wall on both sides gets kinda iffy.
Thanks,
Mike
First thing that comes to mind...if you have foil backed insulation, you'll have to peel it back. if shot a Linksys to Linksys over a hundred feet in an attic. But as Mike said...its a try and see kinda ting.

And any of the aluminum foil that I lined the roof with to keep the aliens from reading my mind.... oh wait, maybe that's just me.
