Hey PCaddict,

I think we'll need a bit more info on your setup. It might help to know what model PowerStation you're experiencing this with. The config you posted seems to be from a PowerStation2. The config you posted seems to tell us that you're running the Powerstations in client-mode. What brand and model AP is on the other side? Do you mean the received signal at the AP is dropping, or is it the received signal at the PowerStations? And I'm just assuming we're talking about PowerStations because of the forum you posted your question in. :-)

Grtz,

Oliver

yes is powerstation 2 and the ap is a mikrotik 433ah with a mikrotik r52h card for the ap and a omni antenna. And yes the rx at the client seems good but the problem come from the tx side from the powerstation to the ap i have look like 20db+ between rx and tx

Hey PCaddict,

Hm, I'm pretty sure that I've seen a similar problem being discussed here or in the NanoStation-forum. Maybe someone from Ubiquiti or someone else familiar with this problem can chime in here?

Grtz,

Oliver

Hello PCaddict,

What version of the software are you using on this link?

Thanks,

Mike

hi,

also check the R52H card is not duff, these are notorious for blown diversity switches (~20dB loss) and also blown PA's (not the case here it seems as you say TX to the PS is ok).

We certainly won't be buying R52H's anymore, not after the last truck roll to the far corners of our coverage areas to replace blown r52H's (with XR5's and PS5's :)

sorry of the delay , i make a couple of test with a diversity of stuff , temperature , firmware , antenna etc... First trouble i found. My partner install firmware PS2.ar2316.v3.2.3-rc.4063.081124.1732. this cause the 20db diff between rx and tx now i got around 3-4db between. But continue to got problem with the client that working fine before. After that i continue to experiment the problem of disconnect after a couple hour. I finish by swapping my r52h for a xr2 and voila! thats working now. But it's my first winter test (We live in quebec Canada) and discover that icing and humidity are more bad then forest on the quality of the signal. so i plan to move to africa :P but i continue to monitor this link. So i keep you inform on that :P
