Nanostation5 is not on after upgrade firmware

Dear Friends,
Download the firmware to nanostation XS5.ar2313.v3.2.2.3880.081020.1411.bin and when did the upload was detected that the file was corrupt and was not made the upgrade.
Now the unit does not turn on any light and not access anything on it.
what may be happening?
