disconnected, unicast key exchange timout

This unit has been up and running fine for about a month now all the sudden this one and about 3 others on the same AP are having issues. Nothing has been changed on this AP and there are 4 other units working just fine with the same configurations. One of the malfunctioning units is new with the latest software version installed.

hi,

sounds like a WPA or WPA2 issue, nothing has changed at all on the AP?

What AP is it? , sounds like an MT based on the errors you report as its been a big issue with WPA/WPA2 with us, so much so we have had to do the encryption at a higher level on some critical links in the past.

Yes, I saw that too. I solved checking only one type of encryption at MTk AP.

yep, use WPA2, not WPA is a good start for stability.

I have been experiencing the same issues, however we use the Radius MAC management in the MT AP rather than the WPA or WEP security. We've tried adjusting the ACK to the farthest radio out, it's gotten a little better now dropping after a couple of hours rather than every few seconds to minutes. Any other ideas?

We are using NanoStation2 radios.

ah Gidday, we had this problem with the original release of 3.2.2 and downgraded to 3.1.1 and had no further problem. We then tried the recent beta upgrade and it appears to have solved the problem.

Dan

Hey Guys,

Please upgrade to V3.2.3-RC if you have not done so already.

Thanks,

Mike
