I upgraded firmware to v.3.2 on my WispStation and I have the same problem like Oliver here: http://ubnt.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=5140

I would like to fix this problem; downgrade my WispStation but I dont have a firmware :( .Where can I find another (older) firmware for WispStation :?:

Is this a firmware problem or my WispStation is spoiled :?:

Sensivity is OK, but tx power is 10-20dB worst than RB411+wmia123(17dBm) connected to the same antenna

Hey MiruK,

Try the procedure described at:

http://www.ubnt.com/downloads/LS-Recovery.txt

PS: I have since tried a lot of things to bring the PS5 that is affected by the power-problem back to it's old self, including 4 different versions of Ubiquiti-firmware and OpenWRT, but it didn't help. Ubiquiti sent me an RMA, which has solved the problem. Should you end up requesting an RMA as well, then maybe you should also arrange for the old unit to be sent attn. to Mike Taylor. It might help him figure out what happened.

Grtz,

Oliver

Hey MiruK,

I do apologize. Can you upgrade to the new V3.2.3-RC that is at the top of the forum?

Thanks,

Mike

I upgaded to v3.2.3 without luck. Txpower is still on low level :(

Is this OK when on ufl connector is a big resistance ? I checked another atheros miniPCI cards and they dont have any resistance on ufl connectors

I changed WispStation to another (new) one and I got still the same problem  UBNT what is going on ... When I scan I see my network at -59dBm but on AP (mikrotik) side I see connected WispStation at -90dBm
I tried with a lot of antennas and always the same, signal from WispStation is very poor

Only on the desk, when WispStation is near AP and connect without any antenna, signals on both sides are similar

anybody can explain me this problem :?:
what with big resistance on ufl connector :?: I see the first time this situation, on another radios is no resistance on antenna connector
