I have learned a lot. I thought it would be a great idea if everyone shared how to make it work. I got my setup to work very well in this setup.
Backhauls are 5.8ghz turbo (Backhauls using routeros 3.16 with wireless test)
ONLY 1 XR3 card per tower location!!!
Use omni ONLY!!!
Using the 10mhz channel
Routeros 3.13
DONT USE lightning protectors. I used SP6 and it kills the XR3 cards. Anyone has a lightning protector that works?
3.65 is working great. If you have bad signals do this:
leave on default power and make sure you use 3.13 routeros. That will fix your problems.
Please share you ideas. I shared mine

why using 3.13 for 3.65ghz? 3.20 doesnt work?

I am using 3.20. Works great. No problems at all. I am using backhaul and point to multipoint.

for being a higher frequency works better than 2.4 with clear LOS right?
its really unlinced 3.65Ghz?

Protection on the LAN side is network neutral - for the most part, it might cut you CAT5 100 Mbps speed distance by ten percent.
Any more details on why protection isn't working for you?

it says "3.65 GHz Unlicensed Wireless with Contention Protocol
3.5 GHz Licensed Versatile Radio Platform"
I understood that 3.5 its licensed and 3.65 not

its unlicensed in a different county maybe.
Generally in most countries, 3.5 Gig is licensed for exclusive and available through auctions, open market sale, and government grants.
3.65 is for non-exclusive shared use and available with a fixed, small registration fee or for free if license exempt.
