We presently use MT for all clients on our network. We use 2 vlans over a wds bridge... one for management one for Internet traffic.

Any way to make this happen with PS5??

Hello Hytanium,

While the PS5 has not management capabilities, you can set the bridge to WDS mode and it will forward all packet information, including preserving VLAN tags.

Thanks,

Mike

Does the NS series also include VLAN tags when WDS`ing traffic, or is this feateture limited to PS series ?

When doing VLAN tags, is there any decrease in MTU ?

Hello,

It is the same for Nano. You use WDS as a full L2 bridge and all packet types are passed.

Thanks,

Mike
