Hello.

I recently bought myself a SRX 300mW ExpressCard MMCX for my Laptop, a HP DV9000.

I have a internal card but its not functioning, so right now i am using a AirLink USB dongle. Before installing the Ubiquiti, i disabled all my previous cards/drivers in Device Manager.

When i plug my card in, i can hear the sound (When you plug a USB-device, you hear a sound, right?) but nothing more happens.

I proceeded to install the 7.4.1 on the CD i got, but it always stops at 10% or something, in the status bar (when installing).

I tried going to the device manager, and manually updating the "ethernet controller" (the ubiquiti) with the drivers, F:\Driver Files, F:\64\Driver Files, but still no luck.

Nothing seems to work. Does anyone have a tip or something? I really want this to work as soon as possible.

Also, im using Windows Vista.
Thanks.

I think you're not supposed to put the card in until *after* you install the drivers. I'd try wiping the device out, installing the drivers, then re-inserting.

Hello,

Can you try on a different system by chance?

Thanks,

No Sir,
I Have Windows 7.

Device Found, now driver problem
I downloaded atheros driver into my network driver folder and finally made some progress.
"the required line was not founder in INF" came up when looking for a driver.

I would like to attempt to write the line for my ubiquiti device myself into the Atheros driver

Anyone done this yet for thier device?
