I have just installed four NanoStation2's in a RV park to allow wireless internet connectivity to the residents. I am somewhat new to this type of wireless deployment and am struggling with getting everything working.
NanoStation #1 is connected to the internet and is configured as an Access Point WDS, the remaining three NanoStations are distributed throughout the park and are also configured as AP WDS. I can connect to the internet just fine while I'm within rage of unit #1 but cannot receive DHCP or ping unit #1 while connected to any other unit. I have tried various combinations of the "Wireless Mode" settings and have not stumbled upon one that works.
I'm fairly confident with all my settings except the "Wireless Mode". How should these units be configured? Station, Station WDS, Access Point or Access Point WDS?
It would be a real bonus if there were some basic configuration examples in the users guide to help those of us that are just starting out.
