I have a slight addition/modification to this request:
Ability to block a DHCP server from Ethernet side while in bridge mode. (Useful for CPE plugging in on wrong port of AP/firewall/router devices)

DHCP server and DHCP relay are 2 different things. DHCP relay usually used in router mode.
BTW: It seems that you are looking for some kind of workaround for bad network connection schema. So I think it is better to do connection right instead of connecting wrong and force the device to function correctly somehow.

Just trying to help dummy proof stuff. We install the connection correctly, but once the user wants to move their computer, or buys a new router, or... and doesn't know that the cable coming from the CPE is the "WAN" connection...
Now if they really mess things up and plug the POE into the wrong port, well that is a different problem. :) Might be what causes the need for a new router...
Yes Client Isolation can help...
