Problem PowerStation 5 (routing)

I have a problem with PE 5 configured in bridge mode for some reason when I do a tracert it gets stuck at this point.
It has version 3.5, there is a new release but will not let me update.

What could be happening?

in the end it has solved the problem. For some unknown reason putting a route on computers configured as STATION BRIDGE mode.
