No communication from device for 180 seconds. in ver 1.0.07, windows

I have about 110 devices that I'm testing out with this software, and after doing several firmware upgrades, i can no longer get the software to stay connected with the ubnt devices. The only way is to select them all, click "connect/disconnect", "continue", then "connect/disconnect" again, make sure the auth vars are correct then click "continue" Then the status will turn GREEN, but then timeout again after this and turn RED. Is there a setting i am missing to keep the devices polled after the initial connect?

I found the answer in another question.

This happens because the devices need to have 2 way communication with the web server:

"devices may not be able to reach the AirControl server at the http port (default 9080). Make sure there is not firewall or NAT in the way. If AirControl is behind NAT, you need to enter the server external address under system settings."

IE:
- open port 9080 on your router to the web server
- enter the external ip address in your AirControl -> Settings Settings
- enter the port 9080 on your AirControl -> Settings -> System Settings

I've the problem with NAT.

It doesn't work for my setting:

Has anybody a idea?

Why is it working when I disconnect and reconnect manually? Than I get the Data from every device!? And after 1-2 minutes the connection is lost.
I've tried to setup port and IP from my Master Nano (192.168.2.120) in AirControl but the same problems.
