Wondering how long it takes to receive an RMA number from Ubiquity?

This can't a be a big deal, just return an e-mail witht the RMA number.

Long, but they do come trough though..... I advice you to send Mike an email directly if you havn't already.

Tried your suggestion, but Mike's mail box is full and cannot accept any further messages until it is cleaned out a bit.

it takes 2 to 3 weeks to get a RMA number

Thank you for your response, appreciate it.

That is really terrible customer service to say the least; I'm sure I'm not the first to point that out if it really takes so long to just get an RMA number. I'm almost afraid to ask what the time period is for them to reach some conclusion once they get the radios back.

i think they just send you a new 1 as soon as they get your old 1 not sure if they even look at it

Not sure what your e-mail address is. Tried to send a Private Msg from the Forum, but software says your Msg Box is full.

I do apologize for the full inbox. I get over 100 private messages a day so it fills up fast.

How long to get an RMA??

Have a RMA number is nothing compared to the time required to recover the material shipped.

I have shipped 3 powerstation 5 and 2 nanostation on march 9 2009 by UPS, Ubiquiti RMA depot has received it on march 11 2009 (UPS has sent to me a proof of delivery signed by mister Chang).

At today I havn't received anything from Ubiquiti....

I have repeatedly write email for the return of the material submitted, getting ready answers, but empty promises of immediate shipment.

Last time on october 14 2009 something is changed, I have received the email acclosed as image in this post, then nothing more...

The tracking number has been lost in the maze of RMA office as is the shipping... so 11 month is passed from first contact, but here nothing is returned.

if I can give you some advice, save the money for shipment :))

After an intense exchange of email, yesterday the UPS man have knocked on my door, and has left to me a package containing the material covered by RMA in question.

I want to publicly thank Mike and Tim who have unlocked the situation it was my RMA

So I can tell:

the guy that shipped it missed placed the the RMA # I will have to digg for it

00-15-6d-a9-da-4f was its MAC

and USWB-26314 was the ticket number you gave me
