Check out http://www.heywhatsthat.com

Make a new panorama of each point you want to connect.
Then enable visibility cloak in the maps.

Compare the red areas and you will find some matching areas. These are the best places for your pole.

I use Radio Mobile program. A powerful tool to calculate routes, and selecting the best position for the base station. You can count links from home or office. You can mark places to install base stations in Google Earth and export them to Radio Mobile where you can count link, and export back to Google Earth and see it in 3D model.

Radio Mobile software is free of charge, but you can help... http://www.cplus.org/rmw/english1.html

Try this link. They have a ptp calculator where you type in all the info about radios, tower heights and then pin where Locations are. Then they have a new PTMP calculator that will show coverage map shaded in with your coverage. Make sure you put the rx threshold set to your minimum for install. I set mine to -75 which is my standard min. This will give you a download that you can overlay into google earth or just view in the google map http://www.ligowave.com/linkcalc/
