Anynone can provide a sintetics description of algorithm used by MIMO
implementation of UBNT devices to "extract" signal from 2x2 chain
(i.e from H-pol and V-pol).
Or where I can find this info, on the 802.11n IEEE documents?

Hello,
You can google for more info on the 802.11 protocol. We do nothing special.
Thanks,

Good, nothing of special... you can sintetize? ;)
I read many articles on 802.11n/MIMO, but I need more infos on your implementation on your devices.
Suppose two chain (2x2 antenna), like V-pol and H-pol signal... how to extract "final" signal?

Seriously, if ubnt did anything special would you expect them to divulge it w/o NDA?
btw, think of Vpol and Hpol signal as two separate antennas.
EDIT: PS: would be interesting to read which of the optional MIMO features unbt is supporting. I think I read that STBC is not supported.
