Client wont manage

Air control client upgrades to 3.5 version but will not show green in management tool. Also SSH will not connect. Everything is set in the client correctly. Have 40 other deployed clients and no problem with any of them. Anyone else having this problem.

Had exact same issue. Removed device. rebooted server. added device. connected device to managent console . all ok.
