I have faced similar issue many times, where devices would show its status as red/green but without any info on signal, CCQ values.

There could have been error when moving a device to managed mode. Remove that device from managed mode and try again. This should solve the issue.

You can easily find all devices with such errors in AirControl. Though the units would seem to be in 'managed' state cause they will have status as red/green colour, but the signal field will be blank.

To recover, you will have to select those devices, click on "Connect/Disconnect" to unmanage these devices and again click on "Connect/Disconnect" to manage them.

This method works 100% of the time for me.
