How is CCQ calculated in 5.1beta

Can someone provide info how CCQ is calculated in the 5.1beta

In my observation the higher the rate the higher the ccq% will be ...
in 52 my ccq was around 80 ..
in 39 ccq was down to 55-60
in 26 ccq is down to 45

In any of the rates 52/39/26 the connection is perfect so why ccq is mych lower ...

can some one expalin how that thing works.
